R is for Rudolph. Oh wait, R is for REINDEER in the ABC Christmas Challenge for August. I made him into Rudolph by adding a gem to his nose. It was fun to use up several pieces of scrap designer paper. I really am making a dent in my pile of Christmas scraps. I stamped my deer in green in the spirit of Christmas and fussy cut him. This is a VERY old Stampin Up image. Way back from the last century. 1999.
ABC Christmas Challenge really challenged me with this one. I rather like how it turned out. I used four die cuts from old patterned paper pack and popped them on top of a panel embossed with a Tim Holtz December calendar embossing folder. I fussy cut the little Santa head and added it to the last little frame. Some glitzy ribbon and it was a simple card after all.
Pink it is! I love this image from Unity Stamp company. It's so easy to color and just looks so real to me. I loved it the first time I saw it and have used it quite often. I'm not even really that big a fan of poinsettias but something about this called my name. Pink is for the ABC Christmas Challenge that still has 8 days left.
