S is for snow and washi tape, i guess

IMG_9599 (693x800)ABC Christmas Challenge this month is S is for snow.   I finally came up with this after three weeks of thinking about it.  My first time using puffy embossing powder.  i am no a fan.  it kind of blew around and made a mess. but i do love the snowflake dies. and washi.  I love Washi
