rainy day blues Stamps 683-684

it’s rained pretty much 24 hours now.  we were lucky to only get almost two inches of rain and north of us just nine miles they got a whopping five inches.  My word!  I think we need to take a drive and see how all the streams are running.  It’s been fun to enjoy playing in the craft room and here’s the blue blue card i made for Inspiration Challenge on Splitcoast Stampers.  Dug out some of those old solid flowers and two step stamping now they’re calling it layering stamping.  I masked off the flowers and sponges with blueprint distress ink and splattered.  Just thought the vellum banner was the perfect touch.
