Still cleaning up those treasures.

This lady bug piece has been calling my name for several weeks.  I had die cut it to use for a project but in the end it just didn’t work out.  I tried so hard to make it work for things and it just wouldn’t fit in.  Now, last night I see that IT has to be focal point and not try and cover it up in any way.  The HELLO die cut from MFT worked perfectly with this.  That is a very soft home made like paper that I got shopping with my friend Angie Bode.  She and I had SO much fun shopping at Michaels and Hobby Lobby when I was visiting her in GA.  Now when I go to those stores it’s not nearly as fun and I always text her while I am there so it seems like we are shopping together.  You can find her blog HERE.

  1. You did right by that paper. It definitely had to be the focal point. I love your fancy cut edges. That really works well with it along with your bold ribbon and greeting.
