Inside and out. Love how this turned out. Since bookkeeping has always been an “isshoe” at this household. I thought I would use a ledger paper from the My Mind’s Eye Sweetest Things collection. (thanks friend Angie. I love this pack of paper)
I used a couple of things on here I haven’t used much. The heart Stamp from SU, my glue pad, and Puffy embossing powder.
I stamped the heart in the glue pad and then sprinkled with the puffy embossing powder. I got that at a rummage and have never used it. Is actually quite interesting as it looks like fiber when it beads up. I think I need more colors besides red.
I then took a Recollections stamp from Michaels (again, a memory with sweet friend Angie, we just bought that at Michaels when I was visiting her in GA) inked it up and laid the cut out heart on the stamp and lightly pressed the inside part of the heart. It worked great.
Inside, those yucky tasting candy hearts. I cannot believe they are still around. Using KRAFT as a Base and entering into Simon Says Wednesday Challenge
SUPPLIES;
Images: SU, Recollections, Dollar Store
Embossing Folder: Cuttlebug flowered hearts
Paper Strip: My Minds Eye The Sweetest Things collection

Embossing Powder: Ranger Puff in red
Cute cards. Sweet and simple.
ReplyDeleteThose chalk flavored hearts are still around, but personally I don't think they are new. I think they are left over from years ago when they were first invented. What a fun card and the ledger sheet is very cool.
