Stamp # 31 ~~Sometimes all you need is simplicity. Because of the variety of colors going on here anything more added to this card would be a distraction. So clean and simple it is. This card is for the color challenge at Split Coast Stampers. The scalloped layer is actually Night of Navy Blue. I am also entering this into Simon’s Challenge Ice Inspiration. Ice isn’t always white and clear. Black ice is dangerous around here. Hence the Black Pearl dots.
